- Noeto is an online AI course. You get lessons and hands-on practice with AI tools built into the app.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account. Details are in our Subscription Terms.
- Use the AI features responsibly. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed.
- AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noeto website, quiz and web app (together, the "Service"), provided by Noeto ("Noeto", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Noeto is an online course that teaches people to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini at work. It includes a personalized learning plan, short lessons, practice exercises that use AI models through the app, and a certificate for completing course assignments. We may add, change or remove lessons and features over time. Noeto is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
Noeto is an educational product. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment or career advice, and we do not promise any particular job, salary or business outcome.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without your permission.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem processes payments, handles applicable sales taxes, and may appear on your receipt and card statement. Prices, the introductory period, renewals, cancellation and refunds are described in our Subscription Terms, which are part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Noeto lets you send prompts to AI models and receive generated text. You agree not to use the Service, including its AI features, to create, request, upload or share content that:
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualizes anyone under 18 in any way;
- is illegal, or promotes, facilitates or gives instructions for illegal activity;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans people, or promotes hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or similar characteristics;
- encourages or gives instructions for self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
- gives instructions for weapons, explosives or other means of serious harm;
- is used for fraud, scams, phishing, spam, impersonation or other deceptive practices;
- creates or spreads malware, or attempts to break into or disrupt any system;
- violates someone's privacy, including collecting or exposing personal or sensitive information without permission;
- infringes intellectual property or other rights of others;
- is deliberate misinformation meant to deceive, including fake reviews, testimonials or news.
You also agree not to try to bypass our safety measures or usage limits, access the Service by automated means except as we allow, resell or share your account, or reverse engineer the Service.
We may use automated systems and human review to detect content that breaks this policy. We may refuse a request, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refund where the law allows. Report misuse to [email protected].
6. AI output
AI models can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you use it, especially for anything important, such as communications with clients, legal or financial matters, or decisions about people. Similar prompts may produce similar output for other users, so we cannot promise that AI output is unique.
7. Your content
You own the content you put into the Service and, to the extent the law allows, the output generated for you. You give us permission to host, process and display your content only as needed to run and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not put information into the Service that you are not allowed to share, such as confidential information your employer has not approved for use with AI tools.
8. Our content
The course lessons, exercises, design and software are owned by Noeto or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the course content.
9. Certificates
Certificates show that you completed Noeto course assignments. They are not an academic degree or a professional license, and they are not accredited by any government or educational body. We may revoke a certificate obtained in breach of these Terms.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we stop offering the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noeto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
